About Me
As a ICF certified life coach I align my values of kindness, humour, and gratitude, with my strategic mind and intuitive abilities to help my clients see the big picture. My passion for helping clients navigate difficult situations gain new perspectives and rediscover themselves give me immense pleasure. Life is full of ups and downs and as your coach I can support you to build up your inner strengths to handle both.
Prior to running my own coaching business, I led a successful career supporting leaders in both the private and public sectors.

Nadia was my coach for several months. During this time we worked out my plans for professional growth. From the very first meeting, I felt the confidence in Nadia, and it was comfortable for me to talk with her throughout all our meetings.
