About Me

Nabeela's career includes nearly 20 years of leadership and business development experience with world class brands such as Starbucks Coffee and IKEA in the US and Canada.

Nabeela considers herself a future of work, change management and organizational design junkie. In 2017 she was appointed to the TaskRabbit Board of Directors, a leading gig economy platform that has revolutionized the future of work.

Nabeela is also a passionate diversity, equality and inclusion activist. She believes deeply in unleashing the unique potential that everyone has within them and helping people be their true and authentic selves.

Nabeela graduated with a dual degree in Marketing and Supply Management & Distribution from Indiana University and holds a masters in Industrial and Organizational Behaviour and Design from the University of Texas. She is also a certified executive coach who helps leaders understand how they can leverage natural strengths and identify and affect behavioural changes that will help them succeed.

Nabeela resides in Toronto with her husband, two kids, and Oreo-Fudge, the greatest cat in the world.
