About Me

Murray has been in the business of developing people, teams and organizations for over 30 years. His work history has included both the public and private sector of health care; working in management and corporate levels for the two largest rehabilitation companies in Canada. His transformational approach to people and relationships has allowed him the opportunity to consult with many different provincial organizations throughout Western Canada in the Compensation and Insurance industry.

Murray’s has had numerous appointments to community boards and foundations; acting as President of two Provincial Physiotherapy Associations, and serving on the National Board of Directors for the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Speaking engagements have included national professional associations and community health care associations, among many other groups.

Extensive experience in workplace injury and ergonomic consultation has allowed Murray to work with many industry based companies in the areas of expedited assessment and care models, safe return to work, and employee development and retention. In his corporate role of Director of Program Development he designed new treatment programs and trained staff to administer these new models of care.

Murray’s consulting work encompasses executive and team assessment; employee growth and development, and individual coaching for personal development. He is an associate of the CRGLeader group and is currently studying with Erickson College towards certification in the ICF (International Coaches Federation).

Murray has a passion for seeing people live their lives to the fullest. His career has always been built around coaching people to find that passion.
