I have also gained extensive experience in mentoring and coaching through the various roles I occupied over my 18 years of service in the manufacturing sector.

Before the coaching sessions with Muriel I was too shy to express myself and I did not have effective communication skills. When we started with our lessons it was a bit difficult to open up and talk about my life experiences. However, after a few sessions I became comfortable and confident. Muriel showed high levels of professionalism during our sessions and was able to separate our work relationship from the coaching relationship. Muriels coaching helped me become a better person in life, at home, at work and in my relationships. It helped me become confident, Im able to express myself well and respectfully. The tailor made practice activities were easy to follow and helpful, I learnt a lot from each one of them and I also learnt a couple of things about myself which I wasnt aware of. Some of the conversations were hard, however I always felt relieved and light afterwards. I loved everything about coaching and I became a better employee, brother, son, friend and partner. And I believe all the lessons I took will make me become a good manager in the future.
