My name is Monica. I'm a certified NLP practitioner, Transformation Academy (USA) certified professional life-coach and ICF certified coach in progress, obsessed with helping people to create their dream lives.

For the last 10 years, psychology, personal growth, self-help, self-improvement and self-development have been my greatest passion.

Throughout years of studying and practicing, I have tested over 100+ different methods, including a wide range of powerful NLP techniques, as well as proven coaching frameworks.

These findings have helped me to completely change my own life.
