About Me

As an executive and career coaching, I am very passionate and committed to working with upcoming leaders, leaders to enhance their performance, impact and effectiveness to bring the best out of them and to transform them and their teams in a way to increase business result and performance. One of the most typical goals that clients turn to me as an executive coach:
• Clients who feel overwhelmed both professionally and in their personal lives would like to learn to better manage their time, be able to better delegate to their employees.
• Other clients would like to enhance their team’s performance, and better engage and motivate their employees.
• Clients who would like to move into a managerial position and need to improve their communication skills to become clear and powerful in their communication and learn to effectively lead change in the organization.
As a career coach I help managers:
• On how to best manage their career when they feel stuck and unsure about the direction that they would like to take.
• Who want to transition to another position or to another career.
• Who want to be confident and successful in a new role.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and received my Executive Coach certification from the Center for Executive Coaching in the US. I have 15 years of senior Human Resources experience in leadership and organization development from Fortune 500 companies at healthcare, technology and financial services industries. I have worked closely with senior and upcoming leaders on leadership transition, successful on-boarding, change management, team development. I have coached several managers to senior and senior leaders into C-Suite roles at a Fortune 500 companies.I have a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and my MBA is from the Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, Ohio.
