I help individuals and organizations to grow their business, get better results and reach their potential by developing their leadership ability.
My firm MRF Management Consulting, shares the same philosophy. Here I use the skills developed over thirty years in development banking and Agri-business, to help individuals and organizations make the changes needed to achieve their highest personal and business potential
As the Leadership Coach, Consultant and Operations Manager at Madonna Doyle and Associates Limited, trainers and consultants in Leadership and Communication, I also helped to transform individuals and organizations. I am now proud and excited to be on my own, charting my own course and living my dream. I am doing what I love and loving what I am doing.
I hold a Degree in Agriculture from the University of the West Indies and certificates in several personal development courses. In development banking, I served on the Management and Executive Management Team for twenty years. I continue to enhance my skills and I am currently part of a mastermind of top entrepreneurs doing some advanced thinking on the pscyhology of success and advanced marketing strategies.
I am married with one son and I coach and support married couples as part of the Marriage Encounter movement to promote successful marriages. I am also an entertainer; the Vice President, keyboardist and vocalist with a successful parang band. I still schedule time for my son’s swimming career as a swim club executive.
