About Me

Monica is a passionate servant leader with 20 years of experience in the "people business," where she served a large demand of customer needs resulting in great professional success. She has held Director and Vice President level roles and has worked for organizations of all sizes, from small businesses, to Fortune 500 organizations and Top 125 Federal Contracting firms. She has led high performing teams and helped organizations capture over $7B in contracts.​

Over the past 10 years, her focus has been to support teams and individuals in their personal and career growth through tailored transformational coaching, mentoring, guiding, and teaching. She helped professionals, family, and close friends, where they worked in partnership to accomplish goals, self-discovery, and find their life passion and purpose, all resulting in great success stories!

As part of her coaching strategic approach she applies years of learned capabilities, developed intensely through academia and years of experience coaching individuals from all walks of life. The results of her support helps businesses and individuals discover answers to their needs; unblock limiting beliefs; increase team engagement; enhance leadership approaches; and boost confidence through her professional guidance, guided self-reflecting exercises, workshops, onsite events, and one-on-one coaching.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management with a focus on leading teams and individuals. She holds an Executive Leadership certification with a focus on Strategic Decision Making, Coaching Skills for Leaders, and Quality & Service Excellence. Monica is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, a Master Life Coach certified by an accredited ICF institute, and a certified Master Reiki Practitioner.
