About Me

My personalized High Yield Coaching programs are all about unlocking your potential to get winning results!

To begin, we get clear on what success means for you and then we identify what is blocking your progress. Next, we create and implement a plan to remove those challenges.

Prior to working with me, my clients:
- felt frustrated with the culture and climate at work,
- have taken time to care for themselves but the results don't seem to last,
- thought they were losing a battle to balance work demands with their own well-being.
- were overwhelmed, struggling to engage their teams, and/or
- contemplated quitting or leaving their careers altogether.

My clients tell me that they feel encouraged and empowered after our sessions. They say my program helps them decide and work through their next steps allowing them to create the success they desire. They also share ways that my tools increase their joy and fulfillment outside of work.

To guide my clients, I draw from 25 years of professional experience, including:

• Business Coaching (10X Business Coach Program),
• Life Coach Certification (The Life Coach School),
• 10 years of school leadership/administration,
• 14 years classroom teaching, and
• extensive personal development training.

I have successfully led colleagues, students, and community members to determine needs for improvement, develop plans of action, implement, and monitor their goals. I have worked with several teams to obtain remarkable results in student/employee engagement and performance. I lead and co-lead several team transformations in record time. I also, helped to reorganized and maximize spending and earnings with the participation of stakeholders.

Ultimately, the success and challenges I've experienced have taught me how to sustain the passion and energy needed for team leadership.

Now, I am committed to helping other leaders accomplish their goals, maintain their results, and stay well in the process!

My experience with Moneke was so rewarding and encouraging. She didn't make me feel like I was in-adequate or ignorant, and she was very patient with me. She broke down a lot of terms I didn't understand and is breaking down each step in a way that doesn't make me feel overwhelmed. I love working with her!
