About Me

This is very much a personal journey that began 15 years back with a self realization that there is always a better way of living and dealing with a situation, if only one could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thus, I decided to be a Torch Bearer herself and motivate people to bring the change in the way they look at Life and be an author of their own ‘Life Book’. I believe that each of us have the potential to create the change we want to see in the world. But too often we get stuck feeling like we can’t. I want to change the way we think. As a Certified Life Coach, I work with organizations and individuals to build their dreams, accelerate their results and create richer, more fulfilling lives. I use different modalities like NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Mindfulness and APP (Applied Positive Psychology) to help my clients unlock their true potential and overcome any anger, anxiety, fear or past baggage that is holding them back. The process involves in maximizing their individual strengths, increase their self belief and confidence at the same time minimizing any negative or limiting beliefs. Whether it’s a short 10-minute talk, a coaching session or a workshop, you will be channelized towards a better version of 'You'.
