About Me

I am a Career Coach with over 9 years of experience in talent acquisition. Throughout my career I have managed full lifecycle recruitment across all lines of business, scaled teams against hiring deadlines, partnered with C-suite executives, and coached teams and managers through hiring best practices. Having interviewed over 3,000 people (!) I’ve transferred my skills in active listening and insightful questioning into coaching, where I now help facilitate discovery and action toward a desired outcome. I currently provide coaching through career transitions and as well as through every stage of a job search from developing a personal brand, to networking strategies, to resume review, interviewing and salary negotiation. I am a Certified Results-Based Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, and hold a BA in Sociology from the College of Wooster. I am currently finishing up my requirements and will be applying to take the ACC exam through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) this fall.
