About Me

I specialize in leadership, life and transition coaching using iPEC’s Core Energy™️ Coaching process to inspire and to maximize clients’ personal and professional potential. My ideal clients individuals who want to make a change in their life or career but feel overwhelmed, do not know where to start, or current plan is not effective.

As your coach, I will help you will identify your inner and outer blocks to get you unstuck, get the clarity you need to identify your career and life goals, develop an action plan to move forward, and get measurable and achievable results you want to transform your life in order to live a more purposeful and empowered life by knowing you can choose how you want to show up each day!

I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and completed my Core Energy Coach training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). In addition, I am an iPEC Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certified to analyze and interpret ELI assessment that measures a client’s unique energy patterns to uncover opportunities for deeper awareness, optimal growth and performance and an iPEC COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS) trained to coach clients with common challenges during any type of transition in a client's life or career.

In addition, I have an MBA, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Certified Training Consultant Certification. I have twenty years of experience in financial management primarily in the public sector and have a passion for helping others and being a lifelong learner. I understand the value of having a coach in my own life to get the clarity I needed to identify my personal and career goals, how my goals aligned to my values to achieve success, and how to get unstuck and discover my passion to become a life coach.
