About Me

I am a 35-year-old husband and father of five! I have my master's degree in organizational leadership and management. I worked in manufacturing for 12 years as a production manager as well as a quality control manager. I have worked hard to complete many years of schooling, while working to provide for my wife and kids. I have bought 3 homes and have a real estate license. I love woodworking and DIY projects. I am very firm in my convictions, and I seek to show kindness and respect to all who I come in contact with.

I believe that we are constantly growing and as a coach I want to help direct growth as best as I can. Life is full of challenges, but with each challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow.

I believe that we are called to be good stewards or caretakers of all that we have been given. I believe that this applies to every facet of life! If we can claim it, we should be using it to the best of our abilities and making the most out of it.

I believe that you must have convictions, a "why?" or a "what drives you?" When we approach things without convictions we are easily swayed in our thoughts and beliefs and will compromise in ways that we would have never expected.

I believe that accountability is key! I have not made it to where I am in life without having people around me willing to call me out and keep me on track. Thats where I come in!
