My extensive background in business, education, psychology, and faith-based services drives me to empower people to live their best lives. I worked in educational administration for nearly 25 years and a key focus of my work was in professional development of university faculty. For some, the idea of developing faculty may be an obscure idea but, indeed, it is my life's work. It is out of this dedication to the continuous development of others that led me to a wonderful coaching career. I have been coaching since 2018 and love empowering my clients to experience big and meaningful wins. My business background benefits my clients because I approach coaching from a plan-do-evaluate mindset, which gives my clients a safe space to be creative in creating an architecture for their life, establishing a plan with measurable goals, and doing things that they may have not had the confidence to do before.
