About Me
I have over seven years of experience as a coach, primarily in career coaching, but also in transitional coaching, helping individuals and organizations navigate transformations with clarity and confidence. I support clients in processing change and developing the right mindset to manage transitions effectively.
In addition to professional coaching, I have recently begun working with individuals to navigate personal changes, using mindset and motivational coaching techniques to support their growth.

I have always been the type of person who saw the glass half empty...a pessimist. I hardly saw the positive side to any situation. I always expected things to go the way I imagined, otherwise it was "impending doom". I felt like everything bad happened only to me, and that I was the victim in every situation. But how realistic was I being? I knew, after receiving advice from a close friend who made this observation, that I needed a mindset shift. Mimi has done an amazing job with helping me shift my mindset. I am open to trying to new things. I am no longer stuck in a particular way of thinking, and doing so has improved my relationship with my siblings, kids and grandkids. Working with her for over 4 months now has made me realize I was getting in my own way. I highly recommend her because her approach is non-judgemental, encouraging and kind.
