That’s why, my answer to leadership challenges is to 1st make the unknown, known.
Here’s how:
I help clients increase engagement and retention in three steps:
1) data-collecting, 2) analyzing and 3) consulting.
Meaning, first, I send out a quick 5-minute survey to employees. The survey data with a proprietary algorithm answers 8 critical questions including:
• Why are employees leaving?
• Which ones are at high risk of quitting?
• Which employees do and do not work well together? &
• What to do to retain them?
I deliver the findings in a detailed report (30+ pages), which I walk you thru in a debriefing meeting with you and any other stakeholders you feel should be there.
Then about two weeks after the debriefing meeting, we’ll come together again to discuss where you are, answer any questions that may have come up and offer further support.
Over the following weeks I support you to implement select recommendations to ensure you meet your specific targets defined at the beginning.
Not only does that achieve the goal of measurably lowering turnover, I find clients also massively drive engagement and performance and seal their reputation as a great place to work.

Before running the assessment, we had a dark room at our company like in many others. We had no idea about how people felt about the company. We did not know if the company values and their aligned. And we could not make data-driven assessments of how people collaborate. Which means that when we did the test it felt like we switched a light on and discovered what was hidden there.
