About Me

I'd be honored to work with you to learn about, and build upon, your background, experiences and strengths while exploring areas of growth and concern. I offer a personalized approach to coaching where we work together to enhance your overall leadership skills and abilities that in turn creates a work environment built upon transparency, trust, respect and accountability. My comprehensive leadership coaching enables leaders to optimize working relationships.

I also assist clients with developing a leadership philosophy that is based on core values creating a foundation in which to lead and meet individual and organizational objectives. The goal is to deliver sustainable leadership strategies that will improve the work environment and drive long-term success.

Overseeing units of 300+ employees gives me a perspective and understanding of what it takes to manage and develop large, complex, diverse, high-functioning teams to reach their goals and objectives together in an environment whereby everyone feels seen, safe, supported and thrives.

As the CEO of SEEN Leadership Consulting, I have over 30+ years of professional and executive level leadership experience in higher education and non-profit organizations. Throughout my career I have worked collaboratively with colleges and universities, businesses and corporations, K-12 school districts, and non-profit organizations.

I received my Doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration and my Master’s degree in Education, both from Washington State University. My Bachelor of Arts Degree is in Social Work from California State University, Chico. I have served in many executive roles including Vice President for Student Affairs, Chief Diversity Officer, Director of Fundraising, and CEO of a nonprofit organization.
