About Me

I am a certified Integral Coach from the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business in association with New Ventures West, San Francisco, USA, accredited by the ICF. I am passionate about human potential, particularly in the contexts of leadership and confidence. I enjoy coaching clients by facilitating a process to allow them to create and open up new possibilities for growth and their greater potential.

I come from a leadership role in marketing prior to coaching. I have 9 years of experience in marketing and higher education. Having been the Group Marketing Manager and part of the institutional management of a multi-campus private higher education institution which was bought by a public listed company, I sat in several strategy meetings between the institutions. Here I gained a 360 view of various approaches to sales strategies and brand approaches beyond my own. As I also studied filmmaking for 4 years, I have a keen understanding of creative processes to strategic brand development, content and presentation.

I enjoy supporting a meaningful process of growth and development in my clients. I also enjoy facilitating training and workshops by creating the space and opportunity for others to open and explore new perspectives and possibilities for organisational and individual potential. Key themes that tend to come up in my work are leadership, communication, confidence and career growth. I have coached a diverse set of clients, from directors and senior management of successful businesses, to creatives and content managers, as well as marketing and sales roles. I have also coached consultants and individuals.
