About Me

How can I support you today?
I have been navigating change all my life. From split childhood (living half my childhood with my dads family in California and the other half with my moms family in Wisconsin) to working 33 jobs from age 15-43.
Heck, the only thing in my life that has ever stayed consistent was my marriage and kids.
That said I have learned from many environments and life has given me many teachers. I was thankfully laid off from a job I took for money and it cost me a huge pause in my growth due to being exhausted all the time. I used this potential having to walk the plank and reframed it to a diving board as I took the plunge into releasing the shackles and following my passion. I decided I was going to pay attention to signs and say yes to as many opportunities as I could handle and invest in my future. This lead me to being a life coach and taking the 101 and 102 class at CLCI because I wanted a solid foundation that relied on my skills and higher-self not my ego.
I am now a Certified Life Coach (C.L.C)
and a Master Certified Professional Life Coach (M.C.P.C)
I also realized that to truly be in service to the greater good I had to choose to step into my power and help others. This meant that self sacrifice was no longer an option because I had to be the example of self empowerment and fill my cup so much that it overflowed and I could help others on a greater level and stop living so small. I could go on and on about my incredible journey but this space is not about me other than being real and being true to you. I end this about me section the way I started it.
