About Me

Mike spent 25 years with a fortune 200 corporation in multiple roles from technician to management. His experiences include technical support, technical training, and leading teams locally, nationally and internationally.

Mike believes the greatest motivation come from what someone designs for themselves. His passion is working with people and their core values to create a cutting edge plan that empowers his clients to make better choices and achieve more. As a leader he discovered that when people are engaged in their work they are happier and will achieve more professionally and personally this was key to his career success. In 2002 Mike started his own business, The Coaching Mirror, using the professional skills and experiences developed in the corporate world. Mike works with Business owners and Professionals coaching all levels of an organization from executives to individual contributors.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree Business management and communication from Concordia University. He is a graduate of Coach U Corporate Coaching Program and Automatic Data Processing’s Internal Coach Certification Program. Mike is also an accredited and active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

He has served on the leadership team and is a member of the Northwest Coaches Associations (NWCA), The Portland Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
