Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Mike is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is an Authorized Facilitator, designated by Team Coaching International and holds a Human Capital Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute.

Mike lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, three children and their dog Marleau.
