About Me

My sessions are tailored to each client, using integrative methods to address the root cause of issues and facilitate transformation in both their personal and professional lives.

I believe that every person has the potential to reach their potential, fostering greater confidence and fulfillment on both a professional and personal level.

I draw on the techniques I've learned in my psychotherapy training, as well as over 15 years of experience in corporate settings. I’ve held a range of positions, from my first job as an IAS Reporting Accountant to my role as Regional Director for Large Corporate Clients at Romania's No. 1 bank.

These professional experiences allow me to relate to and support clients through a wide range of workplace challenges.

In addition, my academic background, including an MBA from City University of Seattle and ACCA qualifications, provides me with a solid understanding of the business environment and its challenges.

On a personal level, I am a mother of three (two boys and a girl). My journey through motherhood has been invaluable, offering insights and lessons that I am eager to share. I aim to help my clients embrace and find joy in this role as well.

Together, these experiences have equipped me to design individualized coaching programs that empower career-driven individuals. The essence of my practice lies in facilitating transformative journeys, helping clients rediscover their authentic selves and achieve a harmonious balance in their multifaceted lives.
