About Me
Intimacy and Relationship Coaching:
I am a certified Life Coach with almost 20 years of practical experience working with women from all walks of life. Positive self-esteem, body image, and self-worth are all central to my coaching techniques.
I am here to help you clarify your own relationship and/or sexual needs and boundaries. I offer an objective, sympathetic, and non-judgmental ear. I am trained to offer insight, tools, and encouragement towards the relationship you desire … whether that relationship is the one you have with yourself or with your significant other. I help clarify and define the truest desires of your heart, specific to your current stage of life, in order to motivate you towards your defined purpose and passion.
Advanced Sexuality and Pleasure Education/Coaching:
Many women, rather than embracing and celebrating their feminine sexuality, are suffering from feelings of shame and disdain because of distressing religious judgment and negative cultural conditioning.
I will encourage and educate you with respect to advanced sexual intimacy and pleasure techniques; solid, respectful communication skills; delightfully sex-and-body-positive philosophies; and learning how to be fun, frisky, and fierce!
