About Me

I help people who are feeling trapped in a body they don’t love or even like. Who feels trapped in a relationship or with a partner they don’t enjoy or love. Who are feeling trapped in a job they are not excited to go to.

How do I know that I can help you too? Because I was that person who after having my boys couldn’t loose the baby weight, but instead started gaining weight. I went from loving my body to hating it so much that weighing myself just made me eat more and inevitably feel shame and embarrassment. Learning to manage my own brain (which was sabotaging me) propelled me into action that helped me get back into the best shape of my life and enjoying being in my own skin.

I know that I can help you because I’ve been in relationships where I felt trapped and powerless. They were romantic relationships, work relationships, friendships in general that were not fulfilling or where not bringing out the best in me. The worst part was that I felt like a victim or like I had no choice. When in reality, I was just failing to see them as they truly were. Relationships that had ran their course and were now complete.

I know that I can help you because I know how it feels when your alarm goes off in the morning and you open your eyes and dread even thinking about getting up to go to that job or do that project you don’t like. I know the dread of having to attend all those meetings or zoom calls with people you don’t enjoy working with. After investing in myself, I now wake up even before my alarm goes off every morning. I wake up excited to start my day, to look at my calendar and see all the people that I will have the privilege of serving. But above all, I wake up before my alarm goes off because I am living my best life and not just letting life pass me by anymore.
