Through coaching sessions with Michelle, I sketched out, planned, executed the move from New York to Beijing, my hometown, to explore the exciting tech & internet entrepreneurship scene there. Her coaching style helped me reflect on my personal goals, values, and priorities and set incremental milestones to achieve a daunting international move.
