About Me

My two greatest superpowers are being an encourager and an empathic listener for women. I have often been told that I am “quick read” – meaning I see people at their core in some ways. I see talents, giftings, and barriers that are blocking their thinking and keeping them stuck. When I take on a client, I invest in them and their story. My goal is to help guide them to the next step (or steps) that they want to take and to help them deeply process through whatever is preventing them from doing this, so that they can be free to rise and live out their calling.

For several years I have been an educator at a local Christian university, a couple’s coach with my husband, and a life, relationship, and spiritual coach for women. Frequently, I work with women who are in challenging relationships. They often feel stuck and want to move forward in their career or just be open to a new adventure. They want to change their outlook on life, but the pain of the relationship is one of the factors that holds them back. I help women to become free of the chains that bind them emotionally. In many cases, they stay in their current relationship, but they no longer allow the challenges of that relationship (or relationships) to stop them from doing what they feel led, called, or simply want to do. They find emotional freedom. Many times when they change, their relationship eventually changes for the better, and often, both are led on a path towards healing from the pain of the past and moving forward as a united front rather than as adversaries or distant roommates.

I help women get real. I ask thought-provoking questions and empathically guide them to set goals and to courageously take steps that help set them free to do whatever it is that they want to accomplish.
