About Me

I have been a Certified Empowerment Coach for the past 14 years, a coach mentor for the past 12 years and a Certified Theta Healer for going on 10 years now. My specialty is working with other coaches and healers on their own spiritual awakening. I know first hand how hard the awakening journey can be. I utilize all the good classic coaching tools, a variety of meditation and centering techniques, an inquiry technique based off of The Work of Byron Katie to transform those old sticky beliefs from this life or past ones, inner child work, and healing with the Archangels and Divine Guides among other tools to assist my clients in navigating through their spiritual awakening in a healthy, sustainable way.

I mentored other coaches through my own coach training program for many years. I have since left that position, but still enjoy bringing my mentoring experience into my coaching sessions with clients when requested. I also offer coaching and mentoring on how to integrate spiritual coaching into your life coaching practice if you are feeling drawn to that path.
