About Me

I have a passion for helping business leaders clarify and achieve their vision. I worked in business for approximately 16 years before entering the business coaching industry. I joined the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA) and received their Licensed Professional Business Coach (LPBC) designation in December, 2012. I am honored to be a part of this organization of 90+ business coaches in North America with access to hundreds of tools to help and support businesses.

My business background prior to business coaching includes experience with owning a small franchised business in Pittsburgh that I co-founded, operated, grew and successfully sold over a three year period. My business partner and I were gratified to reach the 'top achiever' level within the franchise system of 100+ franchises in 2 & 1/2 years. Prior to that, I mainly worked in the Human Resources Information Systems field to implement systems to support a variety of Human Capital Management processes. I spent 8 years working with a mid-sized property & casualty insurance company in Cincinnati, Ohio to implement systems to support their Human Resources and Learning & Development areas. I began my career at Ernst & Young LLP in Cincinnati as a consultant where I worked with large organizations to implement the PeopleSoft ERP systems in the Human Resources and Payroll areas.

I graduated from Miami University in Ohio with a business degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing.
