It doesn't have to be that way! You can move past the grief and anxiety and take control of your emotions. Things are as they are because you've failed to set priorities and boundaries for yourself. Oftentimes, you say "yes", when you really want to say "no", and you don't set aside time for self-care.
This is where my coaching comes in. My 'Mindset Matters' coaching style is all about shifting your mindset and setting boundaries. We will start by exploring what matters most to you, in every area of your life, then systematically prioritize what matters to you the most, and uncover ways to either eliminate or delegate the rest.
My clients often tell me that they feel a freedom they've never experienced before. A calming influence that comes from clarity and balance, and an understanding that it all stems from the choices they make. After coaching with me, they've developed the self-management skills to recognize which of their action steps are truly important and which ones should be done away with.
I have been a life coach and counsellor for 4 years. I have a diploma in adult psychology, I am a certified life coach and a certified counsellor.
