About Me

Michelle Clarke [Motivcoach] is a Leadership and Branding Coach who works with already-successful, high-achieving individuals and teams, coaching her clients to sustain their value proposition – not only professionally, but also holistically. Her mission is to strengthen leadership capabilities and Brand EQ whilst ensuring her clients also realise an enhanced sense of self-value.

Originally from South-Africa and a fluent English speaker, Michelle began her coach training in 2007 with The Coaching Centre in South Africa. She furthered her studies with a Master Coach Certification through The Behavioural Coaching Institute in London. She is also a certified Tele-Coach (TeleCoach Intnl, USA) and is trained in the Nancy Kline Time To Think™ Methodology and the Team Action Learning Methodology. She trained with Philippe Rosinski In Buenos Aires in 2011 in his Coaching Across Cultures methodology. In 2013 she was awarded an Associate Coach role with the Centre for Creative Leadership. Since February 2014 she has been based in Santiago de Chile.
