About Me

Coaching by Michelle Brown

Michelle Brown is Master Certified Life Coach with a Bachelors of Theology. She is trained in IFS for Coaches, Boundaries, DBT Skills, and Mindful Self-Compassion Skills. She has roots in understanding complex trauma, childhood emotional neglect, and attachment theory. Her work integrates awareness of thoughts, emotions, images, behaviors and body sensations resulting in a holistic process that supports self sustaining change.

She has served as a leader for 14 years in local church ministry and worked 17 as an award winning, top producing sales operations team member in corporate IT Solutions.

Michelle loves her life in every way and is honored to help overs to love their whole life too!
