About Me

After having to rebuild my life, career, and relationships at age 30, when things didn’t go quite as I had expected, I began a decade-long journey working towards being whole and well. Health and nutrition became an anchor in my life, leading me to become a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) to help others experience the freedom, healing, and delight found in nourishing foods and treating our bodies well.

My approach is one of curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and presence. Your story matters to me. What you’re going through matters to me. Understanding who you are and where you’ve been makes me better equipped to support your journey.
