About Me

I am a current student in an Executive Doctoral of Business Administration program. But, I am also a leadership coach with a high success rate of developing exceptional leaders.  As a retired Combat Veteran, Army Ranger I am an expert at getting people to overcome fear and achieve maximum performance, when it counts. While in the US Army, I received special recognition as a sterling leader and top instructor which eventually led to his induction into the elite Sergeant Audie Murphy Club.  As a former semipro Triathlete, Half Marathon and 5k runner, and a two-time competitor in the US Army’s World-Wide Military Special Operations Best Ranger Competition, I worked with elite military members from all parts of the military and foreign countries. I taught leadership at the US Army Ranger School, Temple University, and as corporate trainer. So, I've worked in some of the toughest environments with the toughest people to complete impossible missions.

I translate my experiences to help people push themselves, overcome barriers, and get results. Although I've seen a lot around the world, I package my experience into lessons that help your improve beyond your expectations. The military trusted me to train and lead elite teams, now I what to share that with you. I'm an expert I finding what motivates people and get them to operate on new levels, like an elite military operator.

Don't let the military experience scare you, I started a Poetry Newsletter, an artist group and a management consultant company, so I have a passion for working with entrepreneurs.  Before I started my doctorate, focusing on leadership development, I earned a BA  in Political Science from Temple University, an MBA from Villanova University, Executive Leadership from University of Oxford, and graduate certificates in Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma.
