About Me

I empower high-achieving leaders, often feeling grappling with growing complexity, to break through limitations and expand their thinking. My coaching process is a collaborative journey of deep reflection and insightful exploration, designed to help clients gain clarity and amplify their impact. We work together to unburden old expectations, challenge rigid thinking, and create space for remapping trajectories and crafting new narratives. This process fosters self-mastery, helping clients discover what truly matters and navigate change with confidence.

Through personalized coaching, I guide clients to reframe their approach to leadership, career, and life transitions, moving from simply handling complexity to navigating it with ease. I help them shift perspectives, unburden limiting narratives, and unlock their full potential for a more expansive and fulfilling life. My approach emphasizes inner work for outer impact, aligning clarity, vision, and action.

My unique perspective is informed by diverse experiences, including a former career as a professional opera singer and time spent living and working in rural China. These experiences, navigating demanding performance environments and diverse cultures, instilled in me a deep understanding of leadership, resilience, and the power of transformation, which I bring to every coaching engagement.

I trained at the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, one of the pioneers in the professionalization of coaching, and received the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
