About Me

My ideal clients are leaders who feel stuck or need help moving forward with a challenge, a situation, or other people. They may have been promoted with no formal training, struggle with being introverted, or need to improve their command and communication abilities. They feel stuck and need things to change but aren't sure how. They need to regain their time and energy so they can be more effective.

My approach is rooted in the belief that small, consistent changes can lead to significant transformations. I work closely with my clients to rebuild the habits and routines they need to succeed. Having navigated many challenges, I understand the work involved and am committed to helping my clients find ways to move forward.

I leverage many facets of neuroscience, executive coaching, life experience, psychology, and many analogies to help my clients expand their mindset and perspective. When needed, I can be both a coach and consultant to help reach your goals.
