About Me

Michael Morrissey is the owner and founder of Advancing Life LLC. He is a expertly certified, highly trained and experienced life coach. He has personally helped thousands of people to positively transform themselves and advance into lives they deeply desire. Michael has been coaching professionally since 2011, has been studying transformational and success principles for over 20 years; and as the step-son of world renowned and highly respected transformational teacher and coach, Mary Morrissey, Michael was lovingly raised in the active living and application of these principles since he was a young boy.

As a husband and father of 3 young boys, Michael left a highly decorated six figure career to pursue his dream of helping people to live freer, fuller, more expansive lives that they love through the writing, speaking, teaching and coaching of universal transformational principles and the Advancing Life.

Michael studied Philosophy and Religious Studies at the University of Oregon from 2000-2004. He has had a decorated business and sales career. Having made his employers millions of dollars in sales revenue, while also helping to grow sales teams and train sales professionals, Michael has been cited, on many occasions, with multiple prestigious awards for sales excellence, success, and achievement. He was certified to coach and consult by the Life Mastery Institute, the world’s premier training institute for transformational coaching, and holds certifications to coach businesses and professionals to achieve consistent higher levels of success, and to help individuals to build and live their dreams.

Michael is personally mentored and coached by world renowned and universally respected transformational teacher, coach, and best-selling author, Mary Morrissey. As well as a student of many other highly respected and powerful transformational teachers.
