About Me

A former corporate executive and management consultant, Michael has dedicated himself over the last 15 years to developing strong leaders, teams, and organizations through his executive coaching, facilitation, consulting, speaking and writing.

As an executive coach, Michael’s purpose is to help leaders transform and thrive. His role is to serve as a “bridge”, helping you get from where you are currently to where you desire to be.

Michael has demonstrated results across all types and sizes of organizations, from Fortune 100 to local non-profits, and has a proven track record coaching executives and managers alike.

Previously, Mike spent 16 years at PepsiCo with executive roles in sales, marketing, finance and talent development.

In addition, Michael is a speaker and author. His recent book is “Transform Yourself – Transform Your Organization”.
