Michael was a great coach who's experience clearly showed. We put together a custom plan based on my specific goals and I am in a place where I can execute on that plan. It was a pleasure working with Michael and I'm sure will work together again in the future.

As Executive Director of a small community mental health clinic, I worked with Michael for nearly year - as I was moving towards retirement and succession planning. We worked closely together the Board of Directors and I received coaching from Michael understand what my role would be as I transitioned out of the clinic - and how my leadership position would change. He guided me as I introduced the new ED to the clinic's policies, procedures, and long-term staff members. I have been able to utilize skills Michael helped me to develop, into my post-retirement challenges with confidence and another clinical position. Navigating retirement was a success in part due to his guidance. He is personable, but to the point. He held me accountable with patience but expected to see outcomes.
