If you answered YES to any of these questions then we NEED to talk! name is Michael Hebben. I started my career in the field of Intensive Care Medicine, and, after many years of non-stop work, I felt the burnout that many of us experience during our lives.
I decided a new direction was needed, so I then undertook a Master’s degree in Change Management. This led me to work for various start-up companies, both large and small as an independent consultant.
Much as I enjoyed my new change of direction, it wasn’t until I undertook a trip to Africa and experienced its beauty first hand, that I found my true vocation. I began to understand the profound impact that ‘nature’ can have on personal development, and how it can help us all towards a new level of fulfilment in both our professional and personal lives.
My practice is now very much focussed on supporting companies and individuals in making connections with Nature, with each other, and ultimately, with themselves.
In order to achieve this, in addition to my qualifications in Change Management, I am also a certified Nature Coach (ICF), Shinrin Yoku guide, Breathwork Instructor, and am training to become a qualified Mountain Leader.

I’ve never found it easy to talk about myself but walking and talking with Michael really helped. I felt for the first time in a long time that I could focus on me and what I needed to do differently to help maintain a better work life balance and make time for me.
