About Me

I'm a Certified ADHD Coach, I help adults with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder develop the skills, systems, and strategies they need to overcome their challenges and achieve success. I also work with people who don't actually have ADHD, but have trouble focusing on the things that matter most to them.

I provide a unique service as I have students from all over the world enter my home to partake in specialized group sessions, where people can meet with others going through the same things that they are, in a comfortable environment, over a period of 3-5 days, or 1,2, or 3 weeks at a time, in efforts to find peace and work on the tough issues together.

Clients typically work with me on issues like time management, staying focused, getting organized, planning, prioritizing, decision making... all the things that keep a creative, intelligent, energetic person from getting the important stuff done.

I do work with people from all across the United States and other English-speaking countries via phone or Skype as well.

I have recently relocated to a new Manhattan location (143 E. 35th Street N.Y., N.Y. 10016) and am offering group sessions starting June 1st, 2013.
