About Me

I am the creator of “High Performance in the Digital Age” and Host of the Disciplined Disruption Podcast. I am also a Non-Executive Director Matrix42 Australia.
My personal work is focussed on the question, how we can we set ourselves up for success in today’s fast-changing world. My Podcast has guests from around the world at the intersection of “Digital Disruption” and “Personal Transformation”.
I am a certified High Performance Coach by the HIgh Performance Institute. This research based approach helps you to achieve the next level in your life. It's based on the five focus areas Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence. The program is a 12-weeks program.

I have had a global career as a senior executive with extensive experience in global, regional and local roles in IT leadership, consulting, transformation, business development and general management within the services and IT business. Broad exposure to retail, energy, utilities and FMCG with particular strength in logistics working across all modes and corporate services (procurement, HR and finance). I started my career with the Federal Armed Forces in Germany as an officer (final rank Captain).
I am also a published author. The last two books titled “Your Firm Everywhere Now” and “Virtual Summit Formula”.
I am also Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
