About Me

As a successful IT entrepreneur and consultant, Micah built a career by identifying root causes or problems and designing custom solutions that resolved issues, quickly and efficiently. He didn’t realize that his biggest problem to solve had nothing to do with technology. Like many of us, Micah’s past experiences and relationships blocked him from feeling confident and content.

His journey through traditional therapy and counseling left him wanting. Each therapist brought their favorite approaches and tools. They all had different pieces of the puzzle but no one brought it all together.Through his personal experience he discovered a unique combination of narrative therapies, somatic techniques, and positive psychology that helped him move on from the past and really focus on a new future.

He buttressed his experience with formal education and best practices, completing a Masters degree ​​in Counseling Psychology with a concentration of trauma. Today Micah’s mission is to help others find the clarity that was illusive to him for so many years. He’s distilled his unique approach into the Arrive Method.
