When I first started I was apprehensive about it but as I began to really open up I was hopeful and now that I am still doing it I have benefited from coaching with Merianne. She is really awesome she makes me think all the time.

What can I say? I've done tons of counseling in the last 3 years with 5 different counselors and they've been OK but never really challenged or told me why I was feeling/acting a certain way. But Merriane changed all that. She explained my thoughts and actions and helped me understand why I interacted with others the way I do and it was life-changing to have that level of insight. She challenged me and educated me instead of just listening and I really needed that. I highly recommend Merriane. She rocks!
