About Me

Your Consultant and Professional Coach:

Hi my name is Melody, I have over 30 years in Information Systems and Technology Analysis. Working in Healthcare, Research and Health Sciences for most my career, I focused on helping individuals and organizations make paradigm shifts, be healthy and balance their lifestyles with work or their own businesses.

I sometimes consult and work in IT, education, finance and Customer Service but for the most part I am the Project Manager or asked to Facilitate an organizational change. I provide excellence in customer service, educating others and analyzing systems; IT infrastructure and architecture, in other words, I am a "Geek in Heels" and I am good at what I do.

As an Executive Accounts Manager in my own company, I wear many hats but I am always looking to help individuals grow emotionally, successfully in business and maintain their maximum emotional and physical health. I take on approximately six clients a quarter, but will maintain one or two for an average engagement of twenty four months. I’ve been there: in dysfunction, in the grind of business and in a personal desert sometimes and I had to ask myself the same questions that you may be asking yourself now!

Spiritual/ Christian Coaching, Business (specifically the IT Grind) and Personal or Professional growth are my specialties. There is more, believe me, I know and can show you how to trust yourself, your instincts and become the YOU, you are daring to dream ….
