About Me

I have been a Life Coach for five years. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Masters in Psychology, Masters in Social and Community Services, and currently completing a Ph.D. I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional. I have training in verbal de-escalation and many other areas, which support my Life Coaching methods. I specialize in Domestic Violence, Mental Health, and socialization. I am active in the community as a sponsor of activities and events for adults, children, and families. I have been in the Mental health field more than 8 years. Guiding others to identify the ability to reach their goals is my top priority. I am excited to work with you.
