About Me

My name is Melissa and I am the founder and CEO of Project Choose Love. Being a life and mindset coach with a background in mental health and masters in education, I started this movement because I know the power of exploring and challenging the confines of human potential from my first hand discovery.

Project Choose Love is a movement to rediscover, reclaim, and recreate ourselves after experiencing loss of love, relationships, freedom, motivation, purpose, or any other values we have held close to the core. We want to support your healing by empowering you to enhance your true self, reclaim your purpose, and own your wish for happiness through choosing proper self-love.

At Project Choose Love, we offer the perfect blend of life, mindset, and wellness coaching that is a personalized service based on your healing needs. We seek to inspire and guide you in your journey to choosing love and achieving your true meaning of happiness.

-Goal-
We want to support your healing by empowering you to enhance your true self, reclaim your purpose, and own your wish for happiness through choosing proper self-love.
We aim to guide you on your journey to evolve into the happiest version of yourself through providing daily skills, developing efficient mindsets, and building an unapologetic confidence in being your true self.

-Our approach-
Investment program with a 3 month minimum commitment. We find that when clients commit and invest this way to and for themselves, the success rate is outstanding.
Our goal is not to keep you on as a client for a long period of time, unless you choose to participate in the maintenance program once you have graduated and feel you have accomplished the goals you and your coach have set
We want to see you utilize the skills you have learned and love when our clients flourish and are choosing themselves and choosing love.
