I have spent 20+ years in coaching and have started and sold 3 successful businesses along the way. My coaching is centered around Energy Leadership and is driven by my clients desire to be the best version of themselves. I am married and have 4 beautiful daughters while running 2 companies currently. I believe in, and practice balance on a daily basis. I work with my clients to find both the balance and success that they desire.

Doing the coaching sessions with Melissa was a new experience for me. I've never sat down with a life coach to openly talk about struggles going on in my life. Melissa is very good at keeping the flow of the sessions easy and relaxed. We had icebreaking type conversation in the beginning. Then she goes right at the topics of concern, gets the issues out in the open, and then devises a strategy and plan of action before the session is complete. By the time the session was over, I had a clear vision of what my next steps needed to be in order to see results in my areas of struggle. Melissa ensured me that she'd follow up to check on my progress and did just that. She's an amazing coach and I enjoyed our sessions together so much. Her passion for helping others is easy to spot early on.
