About Me

I am a mindful career coach and successful professional development program director who works with clients to actualize their organizational and professional goals. I am a graduate of the Mindfulness Coaching School (A.C.C.) and the Positive Intelligence coach training program. I also have an M.P.A. and and M.S. from the University of Washington and an extensive work history you can review on my LinkedIn profile.

As the founder of Your Mindful Career, I work with clients to actualize their organizational and professional goals using a coaching process I cultivated as a student at the Mindfulness Coaching School and through continued mindfulness and coaching practice.

I enjoy teaching at local colleges including the University of Washington, Presidio Graduate School, Cornish College of the Arts, North Seattle College, and Cascadia College. I am driven to educate people about sustainability, social justice and ecosystems concepts. This year I am teaching classes in the University of Washington College of Built Environments.
