About Me

I earned my Certified Professional Life Coach certification from the Certified Life Coach Institute. I earned my Yoga Teacher certification from JP Centre Yoga and do ongoing professional development.

I started coaching people in 2018. I support clients in various aspects of life and work, including personal values and vision for life, relationships/relational dynamics, career/leadership, and more. I found that if a client is interested, infusing yoga-meditation and mindfulness helps clients release stress, build awareness, and dissolve blockages to progress that much faster and with ease. I am compassionate and only seek to support what you want for yourself. I am a coach who genuinely continues to do my own inner work and can catalyze and support you to do your own as you also progress in your outer goals. Creating an outward picture of success with little or no inward sense of fulfillment can lead to depression, anxiety, "imposter syndrome" and more. I support you to uncover your brilliance within and to clarify how you want to lead different aspects of your life, with your authentic self leading the way.

I offer a free first session so that clients can "come see for yourself" and determine if coaching with me is the right fit for you at this time.
