About Me
I coach adults from diverse cultural and career backgrounds. Coachee profiles included entrepreneurs, founders, CEOs, senior executives, air crew, marketers, insurance agents and real estate agents from Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, China, USA, UK and France. I have completed over 13,000 coaching hours helping over 30 individuals to achieve their personal ambitions in life. Coachees have successfully started new businesses, grown existing businesses and made career transitions, without sacrificing personal relationships, family commitments or personal health. Coachees also reported improvements in wellbeing and self awareness. I am also a certified yoga instructor. References are available upon request.

About the Coaching Program: It is an effective method to set priorities and to get to know yourself better Sessions take place on the weekly basis for one hour, that hour set aside helps you to think, reason and evaluate your purpose, ambitions, desires and goals for your professional and personal life. I love all the exercises during the program. They are interactive, fun and provide amazing insights about yourself. About the Coach: Melisa has a gift for actively listening and identifying area where development, enhancements and improvements are needed quickly and effectively. She always have a fresh, different and impartial point of view on problems and issues, helping the person (coachee) to think and analyse a number of scenarios not considered before. About my change: My experience was super positive. I feel more focused, determined and with a clear vision of my objectives, goals and specially where I want to go next.
